This article helps you solve problems when you’re still waiting for your registration information 48 hours after making your purchase.
Please allow for up to 48 hours for your registration information to be delivered. Normally, you should receive it much sooner, but under certain circumstances delivery may be delayed.
If you haven’t received your registration information 48 hours after your purchase, please check your spam email folder.
If you can’t find the confirmation mail in there, please make sure, your spam filter is set up to allow email sent from sales@bloo7.com. Then go to http://bloo7.com/support/ and under Lost Registration Code, please enter the email address you used when making your purchase, and click Request Code(s). A record of all your past purchases will be sent to the respective email address. Please allow for 48 hours before contacting bloo7 support.
